Mixing powders and liquids. The powder mixer is specifically designed for the reliable dissolving, emulsification, and homogenization of powdered and liquid components in liquids. The special pumping and mixing system produces a homogeneous, clump-free mixture in a single step. The powder mixer achieves a perfect, uniform, and hygienic product consistency. This is extremely powerful and economical. Our powder mixers are available as mobile, stationary, or as a simplified version with a powder feeder or powder dissolver.

Using mobile turning Technology, we can carry out all types of machining at the customer's site. Irrespective of the size or type of component to be machined, mobile turning machines can be used on-site. Mobile turning Technology, TD series, is ideally suited to in-situ machining of large valves, flanges, pumps, etc. We offer the boring of holes and machining of sealing faces in valves, cylinders, pumps and turbine casings, as well as machining out of complete valve seats in-situ. The TDF series transportable externally-clamping flange lathe allows a facing range of 0 to 500 Millimeters (TDF-1) and 300 to 1200 Millimeters (TDF-2). The low weight and flat design ensure fast assembly. The VSA series is the new Generation of precision grinding machines for machining of sealing surfaces, conical surfaces and holes.

The simple construction and smooth surface make easy CIP possible and allow the device to be dismantled at speed. Ball non-return valves and EPDM seals ensure gentle and reliable metering for tasks with strict hygiene requirements (when working with aqueous foods or food additives).

The new Sigma X range – reliable, smart and connectible The Sigma X diaphragm metering pump covers a capacity of 21 to 1,040 l/h in versions S1Cb, S2Cb and S3Cb. Its patented multi-layer safety diaphragm guarantees maximum process safety. Efficient protection of the power end from overloading by means of an integral frequency converter with microprocessor control(ler). One highlight is the standardised operating concept with click wheel and 4 additional operating keys on a removable control unit. A large illuminated LCD and a 3-LED display for operating, warning and error messages, visible from all sides, offers additional operating convenience. The Sigma, like all smart ProMinent metering pumps, can be flexibly connected to various bus systems. Selectable options for wireless enable remote operation, configuration and backup.

The coaxial valves are particularly suitable for lubricants in mechanical and plant engineering. Further applications can be found in vacuum and gas technology, test bench construction, ship and rail engines, and in filling and metering technology. By means of suitable seals, both gaseous and liquid, contaminated or gelatinous media can be used, e.g. oils, emulsions as well as coolants and lubricants. The technical design of the valves is media- and application-specific.

DULCOFLEX DFXa meters outgassing, viscous, abrasive or shear-sensitive media and is setting new standards in metering. Linear and reproducible metering (± 1 %) is guaranteed with this peristaltic pump under all process conditions. Hose replacement is a very simple process. The new DULCOFLEX DFXa meters reliably and is simple to operate. This sees the addition of an intelligent peristaltic metering pump to the ProMinent product range. ProMinent is making use of its decades-long experience in the metering pump sector to bring together the best of two worlds. Valve-free metering with the accuracy of a diaphragm metering pump, tapping into all the properties of a peristaltic pump . The applications of this metering pump include very outgassing, high-viscosity, abrasive, shear-sensitive or chemically aggressive fluids. The liquid end developed and patented by ProMinent makes quick and straightforward hose replacement possible with a unique change concept. The display provides the fitter with precise instructions about the steps to be completed when replacing the hose.
