Ring piston pump
Tough on duty, gentle on the medium. Rotary piston pumps are reliable positive displacement pumps characterized by their versatile industrial applications. They pump low-viscosity to medium-viscosity media with low pulsation. Their special design guarantees low shear and good suction capacity of the pumped medium.

Rotary lobe pump
Flexibility and efficiency. Rotary lobe pumps are robust and compact positive displacement pumps used in almost all industrial sectors. They pump a variety of media, including low-shear and low-pulsation materials, as well as abrasive, viscous, sticky, particle- and gas-laden materials. These pumps are particularly well-suited for pumping media ranging from thin to puncture-resistant. The pump can operate in both directions of rotation and can be easily equipped with various drive systems.

RotoTwin
Pathogens don't stand a chance! To meet the stringent requirements of the foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics or chemicals industry, companies working in this sector need equipment such as the RotoTwin® screw pump, which was designed to meet the strict EHEDG hygiene requirements. Two intermeshing rotating feed screws reliably deliver products with high to low viscosity as well as gaseous or volatile products. Due to the axial movement and low acceleration, the RotoTwin® never fails to impress with its powerful suction capability and gentle product delivery. The contactless operation of the feed screws makes the pump safe even when running dry. Even larger air bubbles in the pipe will not harm the pump. The pump’s ability to reverse the direction of rotation enables the medium to be pumped in both directions, making it possible to use the pump for filling or emptying

Safety valves for hydrogen applications
More than 600 billion cubic meters of hydrogen are produced each year world-wide for the process industry. The technology for using hydrogen as an energy source in combustion engines or via fuel cells is now ready to replace petroleum products in the future. The advantages of hydrogen as an energy carrier are: • Neutral CO2-footprint • Flexible energy storage: in liquid or gaseous form • Power to X: flexible us as an energy supplier in fuel cells, fuel in combustion engines and as a coke substitute in steel production. With the addition of CO2, it can also be used as a fuel and combustible. Technical challenge for safety valves in hydrogen applications: • Storage and transport of hydrogen cryogenic (up to -253 °C) • in refuelling systems pressures of up to 900 bar for cold liquefied hydrogen, in future up to 900 bar • Use of materials being insensitive to hydrogen embrittlement Recommendation: • Austenitic steels (1.4404, 1.4408) for wetted parts • stellited discs and nozzles for cryogenic temperatures (from 150°C to absolute zero) for best sealing results
