COSPECT®'s integrated dirt strainer, the highly effective cyclone separator (SCE) and the integrated free-float steam trap (KA), prevent contaminants and rust from entering the pressure reducing valve or reaching its important components.

The sophisticated cyclone separator in particular separates approx. 98% of the condensate contained in the pre-pressure steam and thereby largely reduces erosion-related damage to important components, such as the main valve.

In a time with increasing demands on the service life of a pressure reducing valve, there are many COSPECT® users for whom the COSPECT® continues to work to their full satisfaction even after more than 10 years of use. This confirms the effectiveness of the special assemblies in COSPECT® to avoid problems due to contamination and condensate.
