Swissmem Academy
Swissmem Academy is the training and consulting centre of Swissmem. In our training courses, seminars and in-house courses, we impart competences for specialists and managers from industry. Employees from Swissmem member companies benefit from special conditions.
Our training programmes are highly practice-oriented. As a result, participants acquire precisely the skills they need to successfully perform a technical or managerial task.
We also rely on the blended learning approach, combining different methods for maximum learning success. The blended learning is optimally supported by our online learning platform “MEMcampus”, which accompanies the participants through the various learning phases and allows them to use all formats (learning videos, learning programmes, online courses, virtual classrooms and also course documents in electronic form) regardless of location and time.
