Responsibilities include disciplinary and technical leadership of the sales team, full Profit & Loss responsibility, management of own key accounts, implementation of sales and marketing plans, close collaboration with the CEO, and participation in trade fairs. Requirements are a solid technical education with business management training, at least 10 years of sales experience (preferably in industry/control technology/water treatment), proven leadership skills, key account management experience, and fluency in German/Swiss German/English.
