The Swissmem Academy’s Industrial Specialist & Production Manager course consists of 2 modules. This management course addresses specialists from industry and prepares them specifically for the role of production manager. Production Team Leader
The Swissmem Academy’s Team Leader Production course is a course with modules that build on each other. The target group is prospective or existing team leaders in industry, who are specifically prepared for or encouraged in their leadership role. Through practice-oriented training, participants are enabled to lead teams effectively, optimise production processes and sustainably improve cooperation within the company.
